Brightside is one of the first completed residences in The Cays, set within a quiet coconut garden just steps from Winding Bay, beside The Bay Club, and close to many of our club’s amenities. Its location and layout make it an easy, comfortable choice for families with children or couples traveling together, offering private bedroom spaces on separate floors. The home feels tucked away, yet close to everything—an ideal blend for guests who want both quiet mornings and effortless access to the shoreline and club amenities.

The main living level opens fully to a covered veranda overlooking the pool and Winding Bay, creating a relaxed indoor–outdoor space. Inside, natural woods, soft coastal textures, and a calm, neutral palette create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, centered around a marble waterfall island, is outfitted with Wolf appliances and Sub-Zero refrigeration, and flows easily into a comfortable living area designed for gathering and unwinding. Each bedroom and living space includes its own television for added convenience.

The main level features a powder room and a king suite, which offers its own entrance and en-suite bath, providing couples with a sense of privacy and flexibility. Upstairs, the primary king suite features a private balcony with views of Winding Bay and a spacious spa-style bathroom. Also upstairs, the bunk suite—outfitted with four twin beds—is ideal for guests of all ages and includes its own ensuite bath and a balcony overlooking the first tee and driving range.
