Cabana 109 has a classic octagonal studio layout with thoughtful updates throughout. Set just off the fairway and surrounded by mature greenery, it feels tucked away yet close to everything—The Bay Club, Flippers, and the first tee are only steps from the door.

Inside, the vaulted white ceiling lifts the entire space, creating an airy retreat anchored by a rich four-poster king bed and warm wood floors. The seating area feels inviting and distinctly island-casual, with soft blue cushions, caned lounge chairs, and a comfortable sofa positioned for relaxed evenings in front of the flatscreen TV. A dedicated desk nook sits beneath a playful sea-glass–colored mirror, adding charm and functionality for guests who need a quiet spot to work.

The kitchen retains the original craftsmanship of the cabanas but feels refreshed, with dark wood cabinetry, a herringbone tile backsplash, full-size stainless appliances, and everything needed for simple meals at home. The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower with a rainfall head, stone-tiled floors, and a long granite bench. French doors open to an enclosed sunroom with wraparound windows—an ideal place for morning coffee or unhurried lunches overlooking the gardens.
