Our 18-hole championship golf course is perennially ranked the #1 course in The Bahamas. With pot bunkers and sloping greens, it’s the world’s first tropical links—a course that pros love to play while they’re not on tour including Darren Clarke, Abaco Club resident and Club Ambassador, Senior Open Champion, Open Champion, and European Ryder Cup Captain. The course is host to the Korn Ferry Tour’s Bahamas Great Abaco Classic, and is known as a favorite stop on tour among the players.
But Tour-caliber golf is just the start. Other pursuits at The Abaco Club include tennis and pickleball, watersports along a tranquil, two-mile-long beach, world-renowned saltwater flats and deep-sea fishing, and all manner of boating and island-hopping adventures.

At the center of it all, The Bay Club brings a new energy to the beachfront, with an infinity-edge pool and bar, open-air lounges, a curated boutique, and dedicated spaces for both families and adults, including the Horizon Lounge overlooking Winding Bay.
Within the Club’s growing amenity corridor, The Stables offers a dynamic racquets and recreation experience, featuring tennis and padel courts, a multi-use park, and a stocked fishing pond. Nearby, the original racquets facilities have been reimagined into a dedicated pickleball complex with seven lighted courts.
Recreation continues to evolve across the property with the addition of El Diablo—an 18-hole putting course designed by Darren Clarke and anchored by the lively Birdie Bar—and WakeField, a Fenway-inspired wiffleball field ideal for casual games, family gatherings, and movie nights under the stars.
