When it’s time to build, we can share a list of the most highly respected Abaco builders. They have years of experience in The Bahamas creating spectacular island homes, and long- standing reputations for integrity and superior craftsmanship.
One builder who has created beautiful homes at the Club is Out Island Construction, a firm created 20 years ago by Kent and Jim Bethel. The two brothers, who grew up on neighboring Man O War Cay, head up the largest and one of the most dependable construction companies on Abaco. They’re known for creating some of the island’s most stunning homes. Out Island is well versed in all aspects of building homes in The Bahamas, from the site work to the logistics involved in sourcing the highest quality building materials.
