This home features a lovely living room that sits on one side of this open layout, and a dining area on the other. An open floor plan includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for those inclined to relax and enjoy your meal in the comfort of your home, or perhaps have a private chef prepare a delicious meal made especially for you. A wine refrigerator in the kitchen is available for you to store a bottle or two of your favorite white wine. A comfortable couch and 3 easy chairs beckon you to relax anywhere on the main level to enjoy the Bose sound system, watch the flat screen cable TV or simply take in the breathtaking sunset right outside the door. Plus, there’s wireless internet throughout the house so you can stay as connected to the outside world as you desire.

Also conveniently located on the main floor are 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in earth tones with an island feel. One of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed while the other has 2 extra-long twin beds that can easily be pushed together to make one large bed. The master bedroom is upstairs in a spacious loft area that includes the master bathroom, with a stall shower and a vanity with separate sinks for him and her. A unique feature to the master bedroom is the claw-foot tub tucked under the eaves with a bird’s eye view of the Atlantic Ocean just on the other side of the ridge. Like all cottages at The Abaco Club, there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Outside is a two-level sun deck: one level has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and the lower level has lounge chairs for sunbathing overlooking Winding Bay. This island home is conveniently located close to the Cliff House restaurant and the infinity edge pool and is just steps from the spa, fitness center and the beach.
