This home was recently renovated with care to reflect island living. This 3-bedroom home with an extra enclosed sleeping loft can accommodate your whole family. When you walk in the front door, you’re immediately struck by the open floorplan, including a stunning living room, dining room and kitchen. The open kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal, and just waiting for a chef to come and prepare one for you. Everyone can eat at the dining room table or take your meal outside and eat on the covered sundeck, as you watch the magnificent water views from every direction. The house is centrally air-conditioned with cable TV and has wireless internet throughout.

The beautiful master bedroom has a 4-poster king-sized bed and is located just off the living room. The 2nd bedroom also has a king-sized bed covered in luxurious fabrics in the colors of the sunrise. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds bathed in brightly colored blue and green to pick up the hues of the water just outside the window. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom to ensure privacy for all of the guests. The bathrooms have turquoise blue tiling, granite countertops and separate showers with all the amenities of you’d find in a 4-star hotel in The Bahamas. The style of this fabulous home incorporates all 3 bedrooms on the same main level for easy living. Up the spiral stairs from the living room are 3 twin beds for the rest of the guests. The cheerful fabrics covering the beds reflect the colors of the sun. The loft is a comfortable place to hang out with friends and family.
