Overlooking Winding Bay and Sugar Cay, Sweet Spot is ideally located to enjoy both privacy and easy access to the best amenities at The Abaco Club. Perched atop the cliff, Sweet Spot boasts spectacular views from the oversized deck, where you can grill out, enjoy the sunset or stargaze, and entertain family and friends. The open floor plan has a bright and spacious living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The home can comfortably sleep 10 people. Each of the four bedrooms enjoys the privacy of an en-suite bathroom. The spacious Master bedroom has beautiful views, a king bed, and French doors that lead directly out to the back deck. The other bedroom on the first floor also offers a king bed. One of the two upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and two twin beds, and the second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a queen pull out sofa. Most of the home furnishings were replaced in 2021, offering a clean, fresh look. The home also offers an 85-inch Sony smart television in the living room and 65 inch Sony smart television in the master bedroom, upgraded Wi-Fi, washer/dryer in a full size laundry room, and Keurig coffee maker.

Sweet Spot is ideally located just steps from The Cliff House restaurant, Tip-Top bar, the infinity-edge pool, spa/fitness center, kids’ game room, and the 18th hole. The breathtaking beach on Winding Bay, with its powder-soft sand, Flippers Beach Bar, and the beachfront playground are a short walk or golf cart ride from the cottage. Staying at Sweet Spot will put you in the right state of mind to find your own “sweet spot” on the world-class golf course or tennis and pickleball courts (which are just a short walk or cart ride away). World-renowned fishing grounds and island-hopping are available out of the Abaco Club Yacht Club in nearby Little Harbour. Once you get a taste of Sweet Spot, you’ll never want to leave.
