Prospect Ridge is a spectacular 1.5 acres single story beachfront estate and one of our newest rental properties. The panoramic views of Winding Bay and the 2-½ mile pristine beach pour through the folding glass walls of the great room bringing the indoor and outdoor spaces together. A spacious covered wrap around deck leads to the pool and sun deck outfitted with several comfortable lounge chairs and a gas grill. Ten lounge chairs have also been conveniently placed on the beach for your enjoyment. Back inside, the vaulted ceilings compliment the natural hews of the comfortably sophisticated spaces. Neutral surroundings, inviting textures and some dark furnishings create a warm environment. The custom kitchen is complete with high-end stainless steel appliances and an island for entertaining or preparing your favorite meal. You can choose to dine inside or out as both spaces have large dining tables that seat 10.

On either wing, you will find two spacious bedrooms each with en-suite full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the other two have two twins. Two high-end cots are also available allowing the residence to sleep up to 10 people. You can easily access the covered deck through beautiful French doors from every bedroom. The artwork throughout is stunning and the views from every room in the estate capture the turquoise Bahamian waters of Winding Bay.
